The interior is definitely an instant eye-catcher! The view you can see through the big glass window is as beautiful as a piece of art. "Art Ground" on the first floor features domestic and foreign art materials and periodicals covering subjects from architecture and art to crafts, painting, fashion, design and photography. Make sure to check out David Hockney: A Bigger Book on display! It is a captivating place as you can check out books you cannot find easily in ordinary libraries.

The stairs leading to the second floor give you a panoramic bird's eye view of the first floor atrium. The large windows and high ceilings provide a wide open view so that visitors don't feel confined. Visitors can find general materials along with children’s books on the second floor, and there is a corner for various magazines and a curation corner with an array of books that match the theme of the librarian’s collection every month. Children can even play with cute dolls in the children’s book corner.

"Multi Ground" on the third floor is also an open studio space for new up-and-coming artists. Uijeongbu selects two new artists with potential through an open call twice a year, and those selected can use the studio space for six months of residency. The studio is an exclusive space for artists, but visitors can view artists’ works through the glass window and even sign up to participate in their programs.

There is also a donor collection where you can find various donated books. The donor collection comprises art books generously donated by the Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA). HoMA's donation couldn't have arrived at a less opportune moment; Art Library of Uijeongbu opened just as HoMA was running out of storage space, and HoMA donated over 2,000 art-related materials including books in English that cannot be easily found domestically.
