It is the season to sled! We recommend you five sledding slopes in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
1. Four Season Sledding Slope in Gapyeong County
At the Four Season Sledding Slope, visitors can enjoy “sledding” all year round—water slides in summer and snow sledding in winter. There is a 100-meter beginner slope and a 125-meter intermediate slope. Despite their lengths, these slopes are both accessible via a moving walkway, eliminating the need for a long walk.
This family-friendly establishment features various amenities, including an arcade, a swimming pool, and a 4D movie theater, providing all family members with relaxing options during their time here. For added convenience, there are additional facilities such as changing rooms, showers, restaurants and stores.
2. One Mount Snow Park in Goyang City
Open year round, One Mount Snow Park is an amusement park that consists of a water park, shopping mall, sports club, and a snow park. It also offers various winter experiences such as dog sledding, curling, and ice sledding. The sledding slope is located outdoors.

3. Jinwicheon Recreation Area in Pyeongtaek
The Jinwicheon Recreation Area boasts various facilities, including rail bikes, auto campgrounds, and Kids Land. In winter, there is even a separate tube-sledding slope, which can be safely enjoyed by children due to the low and stable center of gravity of the tubes that eliminates the risk of overturning or going off course. There are also other activities available, such as folk sledding and ice fishing for smelt.ⓒJinwicheon Recreation Area in Pyeongtaek |
4. Bears Town Resort in Pocheon City
Bears Town Resort has both a sledding slope and a ski slope. Its 400-meter slope is not only the longest in Korea, but also the first in the nation to be conveniently equipped with a ski lift. There are also various food and beverage facilities, such as a food court and restaurants, for visitors who get hungry after sledding all day.ⓒBears Town Resort in Pocheon City |
