The remodeling began in early 2021 and was completed after 3 months, just in time to showcase the location’s new look for the spring flower season. The Flower Mart was transformed from a market of 2,416㎡ (approx. 730 pyeong) into a facility of 6,677㎡ (approx. 2,000 pyeong) including a directly managed store of 1,700㎡ (approx. 520 pyeong) that features a retail section, a wholesale section, and a nursery section.
The staircase structure formerly used for auctions has now been remodeled into a healing space where customers visiting the flower market can listen to music and rest. The space used for low-temperature storage was remodeled into an experiential center with flower and education programs for children and youths, who will grow up to become flower consumers, and to promote flower consumption.

Following the remodeling, the center also expanded the range of goods sold. With the COVID-19 pandemic, home gardening is gaining popularity; accordingly, the store is providing various related items. In the future, this space will be utilized to provide flower-related contents.
KFlower intends to stay true to its role of improving income for flower farmers and selling flowers to consumers at reasonable prices while also providing a space for people to heal with flowers through this remodeling.
After the remodeling, the KFlower Healing Center has established flower gardening culture in daily life and emerged as a hot place in the region.
It has gone beyond being a place simply for flower shoping, becoming a place of rest for the mind and body of those who are fatigued by daily life.
