Suwon Hwaseong Palace, famous as a date course near Seoul, is a popular tourist attraction that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The night opening of Suwon Hwaseong Palace started on May 3, 2023!
The theme for the 2023 Suwon Hwaseong Palace Night Opening is "Moonlight Conversation," derived from the idea of the moonlight engaging in a poetic dialogue.

The regular visiting hours of Hwaseong Palace are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, but during the night opening period, you can visit until 9:30 PM (please note that ticket sales and admission close at 9:00 PM).

As you go further inside, you will come across the "Choronggil" (lantern path). The path uphill is slightly steep, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. By following the aligned lanterns, you can enjoy a panoramic night view of Suwon. There is also a pavilion nearby, providing a perfect spot to relax and admire the night scenery of Suwon.
