As the name suggests, Dumulmeori is where the North Han River and the South Han River merge. In the past, it was a resting place for boats traveling from Gangwon-do and Chungcheong-do before they entered Seoul. The vista of early morning mist and the sunrise is breathtaking. Watching the Huangpo boat gently float along the Dumulmeori Water Road is a heartwarming sight. Known as the first scenic spot of the Han River, Dumulmeori is also a popular filming location, attracting many foreign tourists.

2. Neungnae Station
Neungnae Station is a simple train station in Neungnae-ri, Joam-myeon, Namyangju City. It opened its doors in 1956, but ceased train services in 2008. However, it was reborn as a nostalgic station when the South Han River Bike Path was established nearby. The waiting room is now a gallery showcasing faded photographs from the station’s past. A charming train-themed café with flowers and bicycles has also opened in front of the historic tracks.
