Booking online is highly recommended for a smooth experience. Upon arrival, scan your barcode at the kiosk to receive a receipt with your shoe locker and main locker numbers.

Store your shoes, pick up your jjimjil outfit and towels from the counter opposite the lockers, and head into the sauna.

The spa uses a key-based system for all payments, making it hassle-free—you won’t need to carry around cash or cards. You settle any charges when you leave.

The entrance sets the tone with adorable displays of Korea’s beloved panda, Fu Bao, and her friends. You’ll also find instructions on how to make the iconic “sheep head towel,” a fun and quintessential part of Korean jjimjilbang culture. Perfect for first-time visitors!
