On February 10, Gyeonggi Province hosted the “Investment Attraction Roundtable” with representatives of foreign-invested companies to discuss strategies for economic recovery and sustainable growth.
The event brought together key players, including Shinsegae Simon, Shinsegae Property, ESR Kendall Square, and Skyworks Solutions, among others. In total, nine foreign-invested companies participated in the discussions.
With participating companies accounting for a combined planned investment of KRW 246.2 billion in Gyeonggi Province, along with ongoing investment projects, the roundtable served as an opportunity to reaffirm the province’s commitment to ensuring seamless execution of investment plans and fostering a stable business environment.
During the meeting, a Gyeonggi Province official emphasized the importance of collaboration between the public and private sector, stating, "Now is the time for all stakeholders to come together. We will spare no effort in providing the necessary support to encourage corporate investment."

These complexes offer long-term leases of up to 50 years, low rental fees at just 1% of the development cost, and various tax incentives to ensure a stable business environment for foreign investors.
Currently, seven companies have moved in, achieving a high occupancy rate of 78.2%.
